These terms and conditions apply to the use of Paralegal Australia Pty Ltd’s website at www.paralegal.com.au. The website allows you to browse, select and apply to enrol in courses conducted by Paralegal Australia Pty Ltd, which trades as the Centre for Paralegal Studies.

Course completion

There is no accreditation or certification attached to our courses.  They are non-award courses.  At the successful conclusion of each course you will receive a Certificate of Completion.


We will charge you, and you agree to pay, the purchase price of the course you apply for as advertised on the website at the time you register for the course.  The following methods of payment are accepted by us:

  • Credit card (Visa and MasterCard only)
  • PayPal
  • Electronic bank transfer (by prior agreement only)

For payments by Visa and MasterCard you authorise us to debit the amount that is payable for your application or order from your nominated card account.

If we are unable to successfully process your card payment your application to undertake a course will be refused and we will endeavour to notify you.

You must not pay, or attempt to pay, for courses through any fraudulent or unlawful means.

Student visas

Our courses are not registered on the Commonwealth Government’s Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS). As a result, we cannot offer our courses to overseas students studying in Australia on student visas (subclass 500). Restricted use

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you are provided with access to this web site only for your personal use. You are not authorised to print or copy any information contained on this website, unless such printing or copying is expressly authorised by us.
