Learn about discovery of documents in the Supreme Court of Victoria pursuant to the Supreme Court (General Civil Procedure) Rules 2010.
The course will teach you about discovery in the Federal Court of Australia, including scope of discovery orders in that Court, how to comply with a discovery order. You will also learn about preliminary discovery under the Federal Court Rules.
Learn about how you should treat privileged documents when complying with an Order for discovery. When can you use documents obtained by discovery? You will learn whether documents produced under a discovery order can be used for any purpose.
